Daily and weekly rates include electric service, water, sewer, WiFi and use of all of the Resort amenities. Daily and weekly rates are subject to 13.975% Arizona lodging tax.
Monthly rates include water, sewer, WiFi and use of all of the Resort amenities and subject to 4% lodging tax. Electric is charged at a flat fee of $50/month until further notice. You may call resort if any questions. A $150 refundable cleaning deposit will be collected at check in for any cottage monthlies.
All pet friendly cottages are subject to a $250 pet deposit upon check in. NO ON LINE RESERVATIONS. MUST CALL TO RESERVE A COTTAGE.
All RV Rates include 2 adults/2 children. $4 per night per extra adult. A maximum of 4 occupants is allowed at each RV site.
All Cottage Rates include 2 adults/2 children. $15 per night per extra adult. A maximum of 4 occupants is allowed in each Cottage.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies
**No Refunds Issued After Check-In or If You Choose To Vacate Early**
|1-7 days, 1 night deposit||72 hours prior to arrival|
|8-30 days, 1 week deposit||1 week prior to arrival|
|31+ days, 1 month deposit||1 month prior to arrival|
MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEES: There is a minimum $10 cancellation fee for all RV Site reservations and a minimum $20 cancellation fee for all Cottage reservations regardless of when cancelled.
GROUP COTTAGE RESERVATIONS POLICY:
Any individual making a group reservation for cottages is directly and fully responsible for all amounts coming due for the entire group reservation. The Resort will not arrange for or seek out payments from others in the reserving individual’s group and will instead look to the individual making the group reservation for full payment for the entire group.
Damage or loss to cottage or the contents thereof during guest occupancy will be charged to the guest upon departure.
